Each StretchMS routine is comprised of up to 3 exercises, all of which can be completed at home and which do not require any special equipment or existing athletic ability. Each routine is accompanied by a video tutorial from our founder Huw, to guide you through how to complete each exercise correctly.

Not a problem at all. Our routines are designed to be accessible to anyone. Each exercise is low impact and doesn't require you to be athletic or a bendy baby. If you find yourself struggling to complete an exercise for any reason, then each can be modified to something you are comfortable completing.
Absolutely! In fact, our routines are designed with desk workers in mind. Each of the exercises can be completed standing or seated at your desk and none of them require any special equipment. They're also designed specifically to undo the effects of sitting all day - think better posture and less stiffness! So jump in and get started!

Once you sign up you'll be able to choose what time you want to receive your daily stretch reminders, as well as if you want to receive them via text or email.
As you progress with your stretching practice, you can choose to receive up to 3 stretch alerts each day via text or email.
Some exercises may cause you to feel some stretching, soreness or tightness in the muscle being stretched. This is totally normal. However, if you experience any sharp pain while completing a specific stretch, stop that exercise. You may need to modify the exercise to you abilities or choose an alternative in it's place. If you need help with any exercise, we'll be happy to help!
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time in the 'settings' section of your account dashboard. You'll still have access to all of your membership features until the end of your subscription period.
