What is a StretchMS session like?

Each StretchMS routine is comprised of up to 3 exercises, all of which can be completed at home and which do not require any special equipment or existing athletic ability. Each routine is accompanied by a video tutorial from our founder Huw, to guide you through how to complete each exercise correctly.

The aim of each session is to take a break from sitting at your desk and get you moving and grooving. Trust us, even with just 3 minutes a day, your body will thank you in no time!

Is StretchMS for me?

Our team have design each StretchMS routine with the following goals in mind..

  • To undo the harm of sedentary lifestyles.
  • To help you wake up without stiffness or aching joints and muscles.
  • To address some common flexibility issues that cause back pain, stiff necks, knee pain and hip pain.
  • To stop you feeling older than you should.

But I'm not athletic... will that be a problem?

Not a problem at all. Our routines are designed to be accessible to anyone. Each exercise is low impact and doesn't require you to be athletic or a bendy baby. If you find yourself struggling to complete an exercise for any reason, then each can be modified to something you are comfortable completing.

I work in an office, will I be able to complete the stretches at my desk?

Absolutely! In fact, our routines are designed with desk workers in mind. Each of the exercises can be completed standing or seated at your desk and none of them require any special equipment. They're also designed specifically to undo the effects of sitting all day - think better posture and less stiffness! So jump in and get started!

Do I need special equipment to complete the stretches?

Nope. All of the exercises are designed to be completed standing or seated and none of them require any special equipment.

When will I receive the daily stretch reminders?

Once you sign up you'll be able to choose what time you want to receive your daily stretch reminders, as well as if you want to receive them via text or email.

How often can I receive stretch reminders?

As you progress with your stretching practice, you can choose to receive up to 3 stretch alerts each day via text or email.

What should I do if I feel pain?

Some exercises may cause you to feel some stretching, soreness or tightness in the muscle being stretched. This is totally normal. However, if you experience any sharp pain while completing a specific stretch, stop that exercise. You may need to modify the exercise to you abilities or choose an alternative in it's place. If you need help with any exercise, we'll be happy to help!

Can I cancel my membership anytime? How?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time in the 'settings' section of your account dashboard. You'll still have access to all of your membership features until the end of your subscription period.

I need help or advice with a specific movement. Who should I contact?

We'd be more than happy to help! You can drop us a message here. Alternatively, you can ask for advice in our members' community - either one of our team or a fellow member will help you out. Nothing is too stretching for us!

A message from our founder...
Small changes for a huge impact.

In 2016 when I suffered neck injuries that left me in pain and bed-bound, unable to do any of the activities I enjoyed, I discovered the power of small movements. Using small stretching and strengthening exercises, I was able to heal my neck and rid myself of constant headaches and pain.

For me it was headaches. For my dad (the first StretchMS user) it was lower back pain. For you it may be that pesky knee pain.

Life is too short to live in a body that hurts. Take the plunge and see what difference 3 minutes a day can make for you!
